New York makes ferries self serve

One thing that really impresses me is that how those massive tubes of metal float (I never really understood how that was possible) but the one thing that I find the most interesting is the fact the people driving those massive things are able to dock or get it out of the dock like that has

to be the hardest thing in the world.

Which brings me to why the F#$% is new York ferries switching to self drive this doesn't mean that they now drive themselves it's that you control the ferry now like there must be a shortage of ferry drivers I mean who grows up and decides they want to be a ferry driver. I feel like if your name is George then you're automatically a ferry driver or something. I feel like it would cost more money for people to drive the ferries other than just hiring people to control the ferries. Due to the fact that there would literally be so many crashes because people don't know how to drive a ferry. And there isn't a course or something that you need to complete to drive those massive floating tubes. You just hop on there and say you're over 12 and they hand you the keys and they let you drive those things. In conclusion I think that new York is stupid for crating this nonsense that is gonna end in people getting killed.
